In this video I troubleshoot a kold-draft ice machine that wasn’t working properly. The ice bridge thickness was set too high. This was causing water pressure to build up and cause the water tray plugs to pop out. I explain the importance of setting the bridge thickness properly and show how to adjust it properly.
