Kool Keith - Pay You

Kool Keith's track lost on the Internet, but found on my friend's hard drive. If I remember correctly, it was one of the free tracks from the Liveone website with an orange background or something like that. To me it has the sound of Spankmaster from 2001, possibly KHM from 2002, but I think it was posted on the site a little later, maybe 2004? I don't know who produced it.
