I'm not sure if this is the Koop that i know (Koop Islands, Waltz for Koop) but this song is from Sweden and can be found on an album entitled: "For Amnesty". Was out in 1998. Sure does sound like a "koop-ish" track. If anyone knows any more info, please leave me a comment or send me a message.
