Minister for Petroleum, Kerenga Kua in a press conference on Friday said the State is extremely disappointed with Twinza’s incessant forays to the media, regarding the negotiations for the Pasca A Gas Agreement.
Minister Kua said a Confidentiality and Non-Disclosure agreement has been drafted, which Twinza has refused to sign.
