Kubota Starting Problems

I was asked to take a look at this problem, and I solved it by installing a Starter Relay Kit that he bought from John Deere. I believe it should work on any tractor. What I found was that the starter wasn't getting enough voltage, sometimes reading only 10 volts, which caused intermittent issues. This solution should fix your problem.
