Took the Gee Bee out to Skagit for it's 2nd and 3rd flights of the year. It will land just fine in thick grass, as long as the following conditions are met...1) The CG is set at exactly 70mm aft of the wing L.E., per the build plan...2) The center of the wheel axles are even with, or preferably, slightly forward of the wing L.E....3) You land with a minimal amount of crosswind component...and 4) You three point it in, and hold full back stick till you park it!
