Label Applicator Machine for Folded Leaflets & Cartons

This machine is a complete solution for application of self adhesive labels on to folded paper leaflets or paper cartons. The transport system consists of a product feeder that can feed folded paper leaflets and paper cartons onto a main conveyor. The main conveyor is where the label application happens. This labeller is from Novexx Solutions, Germany and does its job very accurately and reliably. A dual camera inspection system checks the product before & after label application. The cameras are from Baumer. If the inspection system finds a faulty product (mixup, blank, no label or wrong orientation), the product is rejected and thrown into an ejection bin. This system also generates detailed reports of all jobs and is also 21CFR Part 11 Compliant. After this, the products are stacked into a stacking machine or another conveyor.
