Ergonomically, it features a control mechanism that we call the Synchronous Tilt – it allows the user to unlock the seat/back and rock backward while opening the seat and back angle at a fixed 2:1 ratio. This allows a dynamic recline ability. The Synchronous Tilt control has adjustable tension and the ability to lock in any position along its spectrum.
