Candy visits Landon in the hospital after he tries to kill himself after discovering he's gay and knocks some sense into him
Joel visits Landon, and Landon, guilt-ridden states he wishes he could regain Joel's friendship, but Joel insists it was never lost.
Out of the hospital, Landon decides to move out to another home. He tells Candy he's ready to leave, and says she's only going to be down the road, and when she tentatively asks if it's ok to visit, he says yes
after punching a gay man who was about to reveal Landon's sexuality to everyone, Landon is charged with GBH on homophobic grounds. Candy tries to make him tell the truth, but he insists going to prison is the best option.
Cery visits Landon, trying to convince him to tell the truth, but Landon snaps and yells that he doesn't want his help.
In court, Landon decides to tell the truth and admits that the real reason he attacked the man, was to stop him from revealing he was gay.
Relieved, Joel tries to console Landon, who is convinced he's made the biggest mistake of his life.
Everyone is fine with his sexuality, much to Landon's surprise, and Carrie-Ann tells him she is proud of him for being true to himself.
