Las Vegas Loop

The LVCC Loop system is a 3 station transportation system consisting of 1.7 miles of tunnel. It was built in approximately one year. The LVCC Loop cost approximately $47 Million. LVCC Loop connects the LVCC New Exhibit Hall with the existing campus North, Central and South Halls, and reduces a 45 minute cross-campus walk time to approximately 2 minutes. What happen to the idea of flying cars, Doc and Marty said nothing about digging tunnels. However, if this is the future I have to tell you i kind of liked it. Riding in the tunnels was actually really fun and kind of exciting. It was a very quick but very efficient way to get from the South Hall to the new West Convention center. I personally look forward to utilizing more tunnels. We were told that there are plans to extend the loop almost 30 miles over the next few years.
