LAST MINUTE BISCUITS 2 cups Self Rising Flour 1-1/2 cups Heaving Whipping Cream Preheat oven to 500 degrees F. Mix the ingredients together and pour out onto a floured surface. Knead a couple of times to bring the dough together. Will be sticky so flour your hands. Pat down to about 1/2" thick. Approximately 7 to 8 inches round. Cut dough with a 2 inch biscuit cutter and place biscuits on a well greased cast iron pan. Use some heavy cream to brush the tops of the biscuits so they will brown nicely. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes depending on how brown you like them.
