Miss Quids shows how to include figures in LaTeX, including scaling an image based on text width, and also how to wrap text around a figure.
With regards to wrapfig, Miss Quids meant to say that the first {r} refers to where the image shall be relative to the text. Other letters can be used, e.g. l for left.
