LAVA CAKE
Hey everyone! It’s finally here! The only Lava Cake recipe you’ll ever need! And you don’t even need cocoa powder for this! Serving size: 6 cupcake-sized Lava cakes Here are the ingredients: 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or you can just use a chocolate bar) 3 eggs 1/2 cup butter 1/3 cup all-purpose flour 1/3 cup sugar Powdered sugar (to serve) Useful tips: - If you are melting chocolate with microwave oven, do it in 30 sec intervals, to prevent it from burning. - Remember to remove cakes from oven the minute you see that it is baked outside. Only then you can get the lava. The more lava you want, the sooner you need to remove the cake out of the oven. - If you use an oven-safe bowl to bake the cake, rub butter in the bowl, then coat it with flour to prevent cakes from sticking. But if you use cupcake liners, you wouldn’t have a sticking problem. - Duration of how long to bake the cakes are an approximate. This really depends on the size of the bowl, the kind of oven you use, and many other variables. So keep an eye on the cake from the 8th minute. Extra info: - Do not worry, lava cake is not an undercooked cake. This is a very easy recipe to follow, and the likelihood of success is almost 100%.
