I've received several questions over the past couple of years on how I go about laying out my segmented turnings. I'd like to say that I use some sophisticated software program but I don't. It starts we me, a pencil, paper, a ruler and a calculator. There are a lot of different ways to arrive at the same end result this just happens to be the way I do it.
