Temptation is something we all face—it’s a common struggle for humanity. The Bible reminds us in 1 Corinthians 10:13 that God is faithful and will never allow us to be tempted beyond what we can handle. He always provides a way out so we can endure it. Temptation often comes from within, as Mark 7:20-23 explains, where evil thoughts and desires arise from the heart. However, Matthew 26:41 encourages us to stay alert and pray, as the spirit is willing but the flesh is weak. When we endure temptation, James 1:12 promises that we are blessed and will receive the crown of life that God has prepared for those who love Him. With prayer, faith, and reliance on God, we can overcome temptation and live in victory.
