Our aim is to reduce waste, shorten throughput times through one-piece flow and increase productivity. Our specialist LEAN consultants work with your affected employees to analyze the production and logistics at the current workplace and then develop a concept for the future lean workplace. With the help of cardboard engineering, we jointly implement a realistic simulation of the concept as a 1:1 scale model made of wood and cardboard. Employees can produce at this cardboard workstation and improve it until everyone involved is satisfied with the processes and results.
