Learn how to create folder like structure using projects and categories in Worldox

Join Paul and Mary Jo on Monday, November 25th at 3:00 pm ET as they explore two strategies that clients have found useful in organizing documents in the non-folder based world of Worldox. Mary Jo will talk about how to use Categories to "tag" or identify your documents as having certain characteristics. You define the categories, so you create the "characteristics". By tagging your documents, you are then able to search based on those tags, regardless of the location of the document itself. Paul will talk about how to use Projects to organize documents into distinct groups. By utilizing projects, you are able to create places to group documents (that are related in some way) so that you can find them later.
