Learning Session 1 - Introduction to GitHub and Best Practices

Session 1 of the Learning Sessions at Cegeka, held in Bucharest, Romania on the 5th of September, 2013. Today's topic serves as an introduction to GitHub and best practices surrounding collaboration on the service. We take an example-driven approach in order to explain a standard workflow regarding repository creation, forking (and what it means), creating feature branches, issues, and pull requests. We finally try leveraging the GitHub API in order to make our process more efficient.
