In this video, we briefly review our procedure for solving AC circuits by transforming circuits from time domain to frequency domain. We then introduce the network function and frequency response and show how to calculate a circuit's behavior as a function of frequency. We also review amplifiers and how frequency response enables us to design filters which operate at certain resonant frequencies. Finally, we introduce phasor diagrams as an important tool we will use in our next videos to visualize AC power applications.
