In this lecture we see how to represent or communicate the information that defines the crystal structure of any substance. At the end software programs that can be used to visualize crystals are discussed. This lecture was designed and delivered by Patrick Woodward for use in the course Solid State Chemistry (Chem 7330) at Ohio State University.
