LED Light Bar tare down-circuits inside.

I was given 3 large 12 volt LED light bars,as the have a few LED's that do not work. upon opening one,i discover the every bank of 3 LED's has it's own circuit. Im not sure what the circuit is for,as i cannot see any wave form on my scope across the LED's. So i think it may be some sort of current/voltage limiting circuit. Anyway-enjoy.
