Lemon meringue pie

It’s March 14, so to celebrate Pi day 3.14 , I am making a tangy lemon meringue pie, in the microwave!!! Ingredients 1 1/2 cups of of boiling water 1 1/2 cups of sugar 1/3 cup cornstarch Mix well cook microwave three minutes stirring once halfway Remove microwave add one cup of hot filling to three beaten egg yolks Place back in the microwave for one minute Stir when removing add 3 tablespoons of lemon juice 1 tablespoon of lemon rind Mix well add 3 tablespoons of butter Place in pie pastry or graham cracker top with meringue Meringue is three egg whites, 1/8 cup of sugar, half teaspoon of vanilla and a quarter teaspoon of cream of tartar, broil until meringue is brown Serve when completely cool
