400 g bread flour (almost 3 cups)
100 g dark rye flour (3/4 cup)
325 g water (1-1/2 cups)
1-1/2 tsps instant yeast
1-1/2 tsps sea salt
2 tsps caraway seeds
1 Tbsp honey
2-3 Tbsps olive oil
1-2 large onions (use 2 if you want a stronger onion flavor)
Sesame seeds for topping (optional)
