By default, Laravel comes with an Authentication functionality that supports email verification as well as forgot password functionality. But there are times when we don't want to implement the default authentication system. In this video, we talk about how we can implement a custom email verification system in Laravel which includes steps like generating a unique token, storing that in the database, and then verifying the user's email by matching the generated token.
