I've done a couple of videos on dry baking muffins and from that I've had people ask if bannock could be baked the same way. I don't really know because I've always baked my bannock on a stick over a campfire so in this video I give it a try. Turns out that Max and I think this is the best bannock I've ever made. I think this will be the way I always make it in the future.
In this video I use my basic bannock recipe as follows. It can be used as a base for added sugar, raisins all kinds of stuff.
