In this session we dive into understanding how our foot placement impacts our mobility during the disc golf throwing motion.
This isn't necessarily a tutorial on what IS Perfect Footwork, but rather a coaching session on what is NOT good footwork positioning for your particular body and specific mobility. If we can learn to FEEL what is uncomfortable and what positions limit our throwing motion, we can more naturally arrive at the answer to what proper footwork feels like, why is feels right, and allows fluidity in our throw.
