from the 1970 cookbook: 300 Years of Carolina Cooking, we are baking a vinegar pie!
recipe by JANET LYONS (Peter's wife)
3 slightly beaten eggs
1 1/2 C white sugar
2 TBS flour
2 TBS vinegar
1 TBS vanilla
1 stick melted butter
1 uncooked pie shell
mix all ingredients and pour into uncooked pie shell
bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour
