Story of Atomic Cannon Atomic Cannon is a fun arcade game that is easy to learn but difficult to master. In this strategic tank artillery duel you battle against computers or friends on 25 different landscapes. Players take turns aiming and firing at each other with over 100 weapons of mass destruction including nuclear bombs. You can blast your enemy with a vast array of weapons. Some weapons create landmasses you can use to your tactical advantage to hide behind as cover. Your arsenal is outfitted with numerous types of weapons including guns, bombs, missiles, rockets, and nukes. The landscape you battle on is randomly generated each round and can be destroyed in real time for real scorched earth. There are six types of land formations including flat, hill, gulley, plateau, slope, and random. Each formation can be in one of the game's 25 diverse environments. Welcome to 2D artillery-themed strategy game Atomic Cannon by Isotope 244 Graphics where goal is to destroy all oppossing tanks using all kinds of weapons. Weapon types in this games are next: Shell, Rocket, Bomb, Escape, Missile, Digger, Dirt, Rebound, Roller, Death, Tracer, DOT, Cleaner, Beam, Utility, Organic, Nuke. Shell weapons have small but concentrated area of high damage. Rockets are typically fired in single rounds that can have big radius at price of small damage or small radius at gain of big damage. Bombs explode on contact with land or tank and can release multiple bombs while travelling. Escape weapons travel through land on ascent. Missile weapons explode on contact and can fire more than one round. Digger weapons travel through ground on their descent. Dirt weapons can create land for you to bury enemy tanks. Rebound weapons can traven through land upwards and downwards to seek tanks on surface of land when under it. Roller weapons travel along land surface on contact until they see hill or tank on their way. Death weapons activate only after you die. Tracer weapons determine how much your gun barrel's aiming angle should be set to hit other tanks. DOT weapons release radioactive glowing dots that deal damage over time on contact when they release either small or big explosions upon hit. Cleaner weapons clear big amounts of land on contact. Beam weapons fire beams that can pierce through land and other tanks. Utility weapons allow you to heal your tank, increase durability, and add shielding that reduces damage inflicted on your tank. Organic weapons that were added by creators of this game for fun behave same as DOT weapons. Nuke weapons deal very high damage and releases lots of radioactive glowing dots that deal damage over time on contact when they release big explosions upon hit.
