In this video we complete a good part of chapter 3 but run into a snag with outputting unicode characters. I was able to get it working using this post from 2008 to the MSDN https://archives.miloush.net/michkap/archive/2008/03/18/8306597.html however... importing the std module is not working well with it as redefinition errors are encountered.
