This new series of videos will explore the different game concepts and how they are implemented in Epic's Lyra Starter Project. In this video we discuss why timers are a great way to hook together game subsystems when trying to follow the Lyra framework. We discuss the use of Timers at Start up and the use for performance reasons to update our dynamic UI.
