Here's an on skate workout to stay balanced and strong! Feel free to do these off skates too. Movement is good for you! Give this workout a try, add or subtract reps if you need to. You don't have to be the best, just tougher than the rest! WORKOUT: Quickfeet Squat Jumps Kick Backs Sissor Kicks Toe-stop Touch Crunch Russian Twist AGILITY: Grapevines Side Shuffles Footloose Shuffle Breakfast Club Shuffle Mohawks Isolation Back Wheels Isolation Alternating Shoot the Duck If you don't know how many reps to do for the best workout, heres a way to decide. If its TOUGH, its ENOUGH! (no need to do more reps!) If its a BORE, do 10 MORE! (if its not making you sweat add 10 + 10 +10 etc. till you do sweat) If its EASY, do it THREEzy! (do the work out in full three times) If you're SORE go SNORE! (rest days are so important for your body to regroup, restore and reset!
