The plaintiff says she and the defendant were friends with benefits for more than a year. She claims he posted naked photos of her on Facebook and that they later got into a physical altercation. She also says he broke her brand-new bracelet and ripped her leather jacket. She’s suing for the value of the damaged property, as well as embarrassment and humiliation. The defendant denies all allegations. He says the plaintiff physically assaulted him at a club one night and broke his glasses.
