Level Best Grade Box

In this project we are fine grading a 60x120 floor for concrete. We opted to use the Level Best grade box from one of our local equipment rental stores. Using this piece of equipment saved us a lot of time, only having to spot check here and there to verify the grade box was doing what we wanted it to. There ended up being about 2-3 dump truck loads of extra material inside the pad from the prior contractor that left the project rough graded for us.
