Frequent users of Keofitt will recognize the Q-handle accompanying our type Q valve heads. This type of valve head has a lever handle as opposed to the turn knob you encounter on type H. The Q-handle is our standard and it gets the job done, sure, but we actually do have an alternative; namely the self-closing handle. Unlike the Q-handle the self-closing handle does not lock onto the valve and thus adds a safety feature.
