DPR Construction is squeezing more value out of coordination by leveraging artificial intelligence to validate installation accuracy through reality capture workflows, and feed lessons learned back into design. Tim Conroy will discuss how they are refining processes for capturing construction site condition through scanning and how they rapidly validate and compare point clouds with the building models. Tim will share methods to identify, track and address field deviations from the model and how these comparisons improve project outcomes.
