Lift Kit jerking left & right

My answer to a viewers question: “Hello, I put a 3.5 inch lift on my 2010 jeep wrangler about 4 to 5 months ago and recently it started pulling to the right when I would accelerate, then to the left when I would break. It also made a grinding sound when I was breaking after about 30 mins of driving. Luckily i was around the block to my home.
