Dropped to 55kg for 2 more sets which moved better. ## Arm SS 5 x 10/10/3 @ BW/20/1 Resting 1 minute(s). Pushups/EZ Curls/Wrist Roller All good on these. ## Summary All ok after the press fail. Right shoulder soreness seems to be consistent so will start to look into causes and rehab. ---
