What is a transition? A transition is a change from one thing to another. In flow that translates to connecting one move to another. To do this it's important to stop, think about where you're at, and where you can go from there. Give yourself time to explore all the various possibilities. Once you find a few, add them to what you already know, and practice moving in and out of each move with the new transitions you've discovered, then repeat the process. Practice makes perfect. Be mindful. Get creative. It's a process. Be patient and celebrate every small victory. You got this!!
