Lightning Flow Builder is an automation tool within salesforce.com CRM. It's a declarative, clicks not code, tool that can perform both fully automated and custom user interface interactions within the Salesforce platform.
Previously, the Flow used the Cloud Designer which has since been replaced with the new Lightning Flow Builder.
