XYZ Company manufactures two products: blenders and microwaves. Production takes place in two departments, A and B. Blenders are produced in Department A, while microwaves are produced in Department B. The company can produce at most 40 blenders and 30 microwaves per week due to machine capacity limits. A total of 70 workers are available in both departments. Each blender requires 1.5 man-weeks of labour, while each microwave requires 2 man-weeks of labour. The profit on each blender is ₦50, and each microwave yields a profit of ₦80.
