Linings and facings are always done after the outer pattern has been fit. Even if you don't draft your own pattern, you may want to add a lining to your sewing pattern and they didn't make the pattern that way!
I show you the quick way I use that pattern to cut out my linings and facings as well as adding a back pleat in the lining for extra room!!
