liquid ring vacuum pump display
Liquid ring vacuum pump Due to its solid structure and proven operating principles, liquid ring vacuum pumps can be used in the most demanding environments in various fields, from food processing to petrochemical to construction. The liquid ring vacuum pump contains impellers with blades or blades. The impeller is driven by an induction motor and deviates from the center of the cylinder of the pump. Offset means that the blade is closer to the outside of the top of the pump body and farthest from the bottom of the main body. During operation, the liquid (usually water) is pushed to the outer wall of the body by centrifugal force through the impeller and produces a liquid ring. Because the impeller is offset, some blades are completely immersed in liquid, while others are exposed to very little liquid. The clearance between impeller blades produces the force of compression chamber and similar piston. The gas is trapped in the compression chamber and forced into the outlet or outlet. Protection/Control of Liquid Ring Vacuum Pump Liquid ring vacuum pumps involve specific challenges. They seem to be more inclined to operate at a vacuum level, and if they do not remain at that level, they may begin to spit out oil, water or other liquids. This is usually not a problem of the vacuum pump itself, but a problem caused by too much mass flow received by the liquid/gas separator connected to the vacuum pump.
