After a lymphatic warm-up, we perform two sets of planks -- first is two minutes long, and second is one minute long. Take options as needed with these planks, such as forearms, knees, using a table, etc. Our weight training involves combining squats with upper body exercises, and dead lifts with shoulder and triceps work. You will need appropriate dumb bells for these exercises. We finish with 10 minutes of continuous cardio calisthenics using a small Pilates ball, and standing stretches. Modifications are offered for all abilities. Enjoy!
