Simple Drawing lessons using a solid graphite pencil.
Wave drawing simplified - Before 40 students
Starting with a rain drop we create a simple 3D drawing of a surfing wave. Our lesson was for 2 classes of elementary school children on Maui.
I used a small 6B "Solid Graphite Pencil" Also called a "Woodless Graphite Pencil".
You can sketch too I know it!
Take your time and draw with any pencil you have and see if you can get the lines to look like a wave. Your wave will be different than mine. I have probable drawn over a thousand waves in my life!
Remember when you finish look for a few lines that look good to you and be happy for that part of your drawing. I will be a little easier each time you draw!
