As part of the IPA Discipline System, scholars who are acting inappropriately in class are refocused to another teacher's classroom. In the video, a scholar who is being refocused by another 7th grade teacher enters my classroom and goes directly to my Refocus Desk to fill out her Refocus form. This process allows me to just continue with my lesson with minimal disruptions.
