Today we worked with a wordlist for “Ojibwe Star Map. The lesson talks about the knowledge and association with the star world according to the Anishinaabe world view. Words like nookomiss dibiki giizis, Our Grandmother Moon and other words connect directly with that world view. We went into another lesson on Plants and the connection to star Knowledge.
