Load Testing with the DevWeb Protocol for MicroFocus LoadRunner 2020 SP2 - VUGen walk-through.

This video is the first in a series focusing on MicroFocus #LoadRunner 2020 SP2 and starts with the relatively new DevWeb Virtual User, which is a java-script based protocol oriented script. There should be something for everyone in this video. For those unfamiliar with DevWeb, this serves as a good introduction. For experienced performance engineers, you might be interested in the way that the split script approach effectively correlates steps between two asynchronously operating scripts, to achieve a very high workload with minimal virtual users. I use PostMan in the video to show the actual business process, and verify operation with the AWS console for Cognito. Load Testing can be hard, and using email automation, as explained in this video can simplify tasks. Email catching allows easy email confirmation for website signup automation. The site used in this example is an AWS powered Cognito website, and testing is demonstrated using VUGen with LoadRunner 2020 SP2.
