Loading history on startup - Rust shell part 30

It's been a while since I've streamed, and programmed Rust. I'm getting back into it with the Build Your Own Shell challenge with CodeCrafters. During this series I'll be using the CodeCrafters platform to build my own shell (think bash or zsh) with Rust from scratch.
