Lock File or Folder Using BitLocker Full Tutorial

There are a lot of premium programs to password protect a folder. BitLocker is one of them and it is only available to users having Windows Vista / 7 Ultimate and Enterprise editions, or Windows 8 / 10 Pro and Enterprise editions. The encryption process boils down to using a special algorithm to transform data into a format that can be accessed by the owner only. This material will help you to secure your data on hard disks and removable devices with the help of Windows built-in tools. When encrypting a file or folder is not enough and you want to encrypt your entire computer you could use Bitlocker that is included in Windows 10, 8 and server versions. It is very straightforward to setup. Even if your computer does not have a TPM chip you can still use Bitlocker.
