In this video, I show you how to find the apex line when lofting a stem section. This line (also known as the middling line) is often left out of designs but is the key to a well fitted back bone structure for a boat. If you are building a boat with a solid one part stem or a two part assembly this information is what you need to make your boat the best it can be.
